BEBIG Medical GmbH hereby would like to announce that the shareholder Eckert & Ziegler BEBIG GmbH has now formally stepped out from the shareholding structure of BEBIG Medical GmbH as of 31.03.2024 and the company will be 100% owned by the previous major shareholder, BEBIG Medical Group.
