In charge of overall operational business of BEBIG Medical. Mr. George Chan, Singaporean, has gained extensive experience of more than 20 years in medical device industry. He was the the President of Siemens Healthineers Greater China, managing more than 7,000 employees, 3 production factories, 47 branches, over 30,000 installations in over 10,000 hospitals and wining the largest market Share with turnover 1.8 billion Euros. Mr. Chan holds a biochemistry degree from National University of Singapore and completed executive programs at INSEAD.

Julian Lucas Schröder

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Julian Schröder has gained experience of more than 10 years in the. medical device industry, mainly in Controlling and Finance positions. In addition to his role as CEO of BEBIG Medical GmbH he is Head of Group Controlling of Eckert & Ziegler Strahlen- und Medizintechnik AG. Mr. Schröder holds a Master degree in International Business from Maastricht University, Netherlands.

Isaac Strickland

Chief Operating Officer, MRNI

Mr. Isaac Strickland is an experienced technical operations executive with experience in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Manufacturing who has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to successfully develop and operate an organization, complete projects and perform daily operations in support of corporate goals staying within prescribed budgets. He possesses strong management and technical skills with over 30 years of hands-on experience in technical developments, project & product management and system engineering strategies as well as the ability to analyze an organization's critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.

Donny Li

Chief Marketing Officer

In charge of BEBIG Medical’s sales, marketing and service activities. Mr. Donny Li has gained more than 20 years experience in sales management and was the former Vice President of Siemens Healthineers, Greater China, managing more than 150 employees and sales of full product lines with total revenue of 30 million EUR.

Crystal Chen

Chief Commercial Officer

In charge of BEBIG Medical’s commercial and marketing communication activities. Ms. Crystal Chen has held various positions in Siemens Healthineers, Greater China and gained rich experience in business commercial, marketing communication, global M&A and restructuring activities. Ms. Crystal Chen holds a master degree in Translating and Interpreting from Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom.

Thomas Osche

Chief Product Officer

In charge of BEBIG Medical’s marketing and service activities. Mr. Thomas Osche is a medical marketing and product management expert with a background in electrical engineering studies in Berlin and Manchester and Master of Business Administration studies in Berlin and Cambridge, who has created innovative products and services in the medical device industry since over 18 years with small and large engineering teams. Under his leadership, Mr. Thomas Osche motivated his team and peers to constantly improve products, services and business tools to enable successful and profitable business models in highly regulated global markets. He successfully supported and empowered global sales teams and distributors to promote and sell complex medical devices and services.
