Your Tasks:

• Review technical documentation (Design Dossiers, Risk Management, Product Verification & Validation, Process & Equipment Validation, Biocompatibility, Clinical evaluation, Post market surveillance) for compliance with applicable international standards (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62366, IEC 62304, ISO 10993 series, etc.) and regulations EU MDR (and/or FDA 510(k)) as defined by the company conformity assessment strategy

• Check the content of the above-mentioned technical documentation for adequacy, consistency, cross-alignment, sufficiency of detail and clarity for external reviewers (e.g. by notified body, authority)

• Support creation of technical documentation and quality process documentation within the responsibility of Quality Department (labelling specifications, QA inspections forms, validation master plans) and provide other quality input during the product development

• Ensure maintenance of the technical documentation throughout product life cycle in a transparent and audit-ready way. Participate in internal and external audits representing the Quality function in the R&D process

• Assist with answering questions or resolving non-conformities from the notified body/authority to the technical file from the Quality function

• Verify that design phases and design controls are properly followed and documented in accordance with internal SOPs. Support continuous improvement of the RD processes and technical documentation templates

• Plan and organize Change Board meetings and control implementation of product change requests

• Work closely with Research and Development, Product Management, Production and Regulatory Affairs, within medical device projects (medical device hardware and software) 


Your Profile:  

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or alternative life - science bachelor’s degree

• Several years of work experience in medical device quality management or engineering with technical documentation.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and EU MDR 2017/745. Knowledge of other relevant standards and regulations is a plus

• Good skills with MS Office applications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

• Ability to assist multiple development projects (cross-company in BEBIG Medical group) and manage deadlines in a structured manner

• Quick learner and team player, with high attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills and risk-based thinking

• Accounting and booking of business transactions within the framework of general ledger, debit and credit ledger accounting, account reconciliation / clarification

• Master data maintenance in bookkeeping

• Checking, account assignment and posting of bank and cash receipts as well as travel expense and credit card statements

• Carrying out payment transactions including balance reconciliation

• Posting of transactions within asset accounting department

• Processing of payment clearances for booked credit balances / payment transactions




Your Profile:

• Design, development and testing of C++ applications with a focus on the use of the QT framework and MITK

• Responsibility for quality assurance through regular code reviews, bug fixing and unit testing

• Creation of technical documentation in accordance with valid specifications

• Management of releases

• Supporting the service team in processing customer inquiries



Your Profile:  

• Successfully completed engineering or technical studies in the field of software engineering, medical technology, electronics and telecommunications or similar

• Extensive software engineering experience, preferably in medical device technology

• Modern development environment with VS Code, C++ 17 or higher and Continuous Integration

• Familiar with CMake or similar and unit test frameworks such as GTest / GMock

• Experience with PostgreSQL is a plus

• Familiar with modern development methodologies such as V-model, SCRUM and BDD

• Good written and spoken German and good English skills

Aufgaben:

• Durchführung von vorbeugender Wartung, Reparaturen und Inspektionen von Geräten, Systemen und Netzwerken für die Strahlentherapie.

• Durchführung von Installationen und Inbetriebnahme fortschrittlicher medizinischer Geräte vor Ort.

• Koordinierung des Austauschs von Hardware und Quellen sowie von Software - Updates mit Benutzerschulungen.

• Bereitstellung von technischem Fernsupport für Kollegen und Kunden in verschiedenen Regionen.

• Sicherstellung der vollständigen Einhaltung von Röntgensicherheit, Handhabung radioaktiver Strahlenquellen, ADR-und IATA-Vorschriften.

• Erstellen Sie eine präzise Dokumentation in Übereinstimmung mit medizinischen und rechtlichen Standards.

• Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams: Entwicklung, Vertriebund klinische Unterstützung.

• Halten Sie sich mit technischen Zertifizierungen auf dem Laufenden und nehmen Sie an kontinuierlichen Schulungen teil.


Ihr Profil:

• Praktische Erfahrung mit der Installation und Wartung von medizinischen und elektrischen Geräten.

• Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und professionelles Auftreten.

• Teamfähigkeit, Geduld und eine detailorientierte Arbeitsweise.

• Gute Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schriftmind. B2 Ein gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B und die Bereitschaft zu Reisen (bis zu 50%) mit dem Auto und international.

Your Tasks:

• Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and improvement of applicators

• Assume responsibility for the team's technical and organizational performance, ensuring project milestones are met

• Develop design requirements and specifications in close collaboration with product managers

 Prepare and maintain technical documentation (DHF, DMR) in accordance with regulatory standards, including MDR

• Act as the primary technical expert for MDR submission activities related to new and existing applicators

• Manage project or sub-project responsibilities, including planning, execution, and resource allocation

 Assist in complaint reviews, change management and quality assurance activities as needed

• Guide the team in the selection and technical supervision of suppliers and other process partners

• Foster a culture of quality and efficient for problem-solving within the development team


Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related technical field

• Extensive project experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on Class >IIa medical instruments and proven track record of successful MDR submission 

• Demonstrated team leadership experience

• Experience using CAD programs

• Highly innovative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Independent and goal-oriented way of working

 Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English
