Your Tasks:
• Operational purchasing of technical components, including demand planning and ordering
• Purchasing of indirect materials (e.g., travel, consulting services, etc.)
• Assistance in the selection and evaluation of suppliers
• Direct contact with external suppliers and liaison with internal departments
• Preparation of inquiries and orders as well as deadline tracking and complaint processing
• Maintenance of master data in our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations)
• Responsible for carrying out the logistical incoming goods inspection and ensuring correct inventory posting in the ERP system.
• Support in optimizing the procurement process and in supply chain activities
• Independent or supportive representation of the purchasing department in cross-departmental meetings and projects
• Active implementation of the requirements of the quality system in the purchasing department
Your Profile:
• Successfully completed commercial training/retraining or a comparable university degree, e.g., in business administration, business informatics, or a related field
• Initial relevant professional experience in purchasing, in particular experience in the procurement of production materials in the fields of mechanics, electronics, and electromechanics is an advantage
• Experience working in cross-functional teams is an advantage
• Confident use of common MS Office programs and an ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Strong team and communication skills, negotiating skills, and assertiveness
• Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Good German skills (C1) and good to very good English skills (C1/C2) in written and spoken language

• Carry out customer presentations
• Initiation of new customer orders as well as processing of invitation to tenders
• Preparation and implementation of sales promotions
• Participation in and organization of trade fairs and conferences for customer acquisition as well as presentation of products
• Management of sales planning and statistics; sales forecasts Research and observation of the market as well as competitors
• Supporting newly acquired customers in the introduction of products and processes, e.g. by organizing customer training sessions on product application with back-office functions
Your Profile:
• Technical or business administration studies
• Experience in the distribution of medical devices
• Confident spoken and written Russian, English and German

• Responsibility for software and hardware engineering tasks in the R&D team
• Design, conception, implementation and test of software and hardware solutions for complex medical devices
• Independent creation and revision of circuit diagrams
• Preparation and maintaining technical documentation according to valid specifications
• Mantrailing existing software products
• Organization of the successful transfer of software and hardware products into production
• Participation in the risk management process for the assessment of product-related risks
• Assumtion of sub-project responsibility
• Support service team to address customer requests
• Execution of special tasks and projects as directed by supervisor
Your Profile:
• Completed studies in natural sciences or engineering (FH or university), preferably electrical engineering, medical engineering or automation technology (M.Sc. / Dipl.-Ing.)
• At least five years of professional experience in R&D in medical industry
• Technical expertise in the development of medical devices including practical knowledge of relevant standards like IEC 60601-1
• practical knowledge of programming in accordance with EN 61131, prefers PLCs from B&R
• Knowledge of CAD software like Solid Edge, SolidWorks or similar is an advantage as well as OPC UA
• Strategic and analytical thinking as well as operational implementation skills
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical contexts
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and team orientation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.

• Master data maintenance in bookkeeping
• Checking, account assignment and posting of bank and cash receipts as well as travel expense and credit card statements

• Posting of transactions within asset accounting department
• Processing of payment clearances for booked credit balances / payment transactions
