Your Tasks:
• Experience in the administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g. CRM, ERP), Microsoft 365 as well as Windows and Linux environments
• Optimisation and further development of existing Microsoft Dynamics functions to make business processes more efficient
• User administration: Creation and maintenance of user accounts, roles and authorisations
• Monitoring and troubleshooting: Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues
• Performing system updates, patches and integrations with other platforms
• Liaising with internal teams and external partners to implement new modules and features
• Creating documentation, training and support for end users
Your Profile:
• Completed training or studies in the field of IT, business informatics or comparable qualification (Bachelor / Master)
• Experience in the administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g. CRM, ERP)
• Familiarity with SQL, PowerShell and other relevant technologies
• Basic knowledge of data security and compliance (e.g. GDPR)
• Analytical mindset and problem solving skills
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Leadership skills for small teams

Your Tasks:
• Independent handling of import and export formalities
• Completion of customs formalities and shipping documents, including but not limited to export/import declarations, landing or air waybills, packing lists, invoices, insurance certificates, certificates of origin, EUR1, CMR, shipping labels, legalisation of shipping papers, documents, etc.
• Scheduling of freight forwarders and transport service providers
• Processing offers and invoices for transport services
• Processing complaints and preparing shipping statistics
• Ensuring the proper packaging and labelling of normal goods in accordance with internal specifications and the relevant IATA and ADR regulations
• Proper packaging, labelling and shipping of dangerous goods (especially radioactive shipments) in compliance with internal, national and international regulations (IATA, ADR)
• Compliance with export control regulations in accordance with internal procedures, German and EU regulations
• Assuming the role of aviation security officer
• Participation in the preparation of the annual dangerous goods report with the external consultant
• Carrying out special tasks as instructed by the supervisor
Your Profile:
• Training as an industrial clerk or forwarding agent or similar
• Knowledge of national and international dangerous goods regulations
• Expertise in the areas of transport, air freight and customs
• Familiarity with the ATLAS customs system
• Flexibility regarding fluctuating workload and variety of tasks
• Willingness and ability to work under time pressure to meet deadlines (rush orders)
• Willingness to participate in regular training and instruction
• Good knowledge of standard PC software (MS Office package)
• Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
