Your Tasks:

• Accounting and booking of business transactions within the framework of general ledger, debit and credit ledger accounting, account reconciliation / clarification

• Master data maintenance in bookkeeping

• Checking, account assignment and posting of bank and cash receipts as well as travel expense and credit card statements

• Carrying out payment transactions including balance reconciliation

• Posting of transactions within asset accounting department

• Processing of payment clearances for booked credit balances / payment transactions

Your Profile:  

• Job-related training with professional experience and specialist further training

• Hands-on mentality combined with analytic and networked thinking

• Quick response time

• Specialist knowledge in the field of accounting 

• Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of ERP MS Dynamics 365 desirable

• Ability to work in a team, team and service organization, communication skills

• Willingness to change and learn, openness to technical innovations

• Good German (C1) and good English skills (C1), written and spoken
